the pcv or the lil hole under the middle bolt hole on my block going to the intake manifold is blocked off cuz i put the ho manifold on is this bad or not? its a 97 z24 5 speed i dont want to wreak anything so please help thanks
im assuming maybe you mean breather tube.. not sure if its bad or not i wouldnt think so since alot of people have done the swap
but your not for sure rite because i need to know for sure
no just wait someone will respond who has done the swap. or you can always try to search also not sure if it will do much luck. the ho manifold is alot bigger so maybe that makes up for the breather tube.
dont block anything involving you PCV system. it will cause positive pressure in your crank case, and creat problemw tih your oil system. go to advance and ask for a breather filter
now im a little confused by this if there is a hose of course you use a breather filter.. mini cone filter.. i thought he meant the HO manifold comepletly blocked it off by installing it
thats what i mean when i put the new manifold on i made my own gasket and now the manifold covers the hole its like a pcv that use to run in to ports 2-3 to burn the gases from the head thats what ive heard there is no tube it use to run threw the gasket on the stock manifold in to runners 2-3 plz help
