dash lights and sensors

I have a 96 2.4L cavalier and everytime i start the car, the check oil light comes on and stays on even though the oil is full. If I turn the car off and turn it right back on, the light goes off, could this be a sensor and if so where could I get one?

Secondly everytime I accelerate my engine coolant light comes on for about five seconds and turns off. what could be the cause of this?

the coolant light is from the motion of the car, as you accelerate the fliud in the overflow tank moves back and forth, over the sensor. Most likely you just need to fill the tank to the full line, that will solve it most of the time.

And the oil sender cane be found at your local dealer or a junkyard.
