yes means you need a new o2 sensor (after cat) 4 wire heated one.
try to reset it first if it comes on again youll need a new sensor
OBD II O2 sensors (and some other ones too) are heated so that the vehicle can go into closed loop sooner, looks like yours is broke. Make a quick check of the wires and if you don't see anything obvious I'd guess it's the O2 sensor.
You can't outrun the radio.
