OK, so I took this pic a long arse time ago (as shown by date in pic), but never got around to getting help identifying if it's a problem or not until I just came across the pic again a few minutes ago.
If it helps, here's the info I can think of that may help yall:
2200 built in Oct 1999 (I think, don't remember for sure) - purchased in 03 w/ 35K miles, has 56650-ish as of lunch today.
Since day 1, it's best MPG's were 20.5 or so, Avg is 19-19.5. Doesn't matter how hard or soft I drive.
If there's anything else ya need to know to diagnose the prob (short of dis-assembling stuff) just let me know

Is that looking down the throat of the throttle body ? If so its carbon and maybe a little oil mixed in.
Relax its normal for there to be some in there as its from the PCV breather system in the car. Just get some throttle body spray cleaner and you'll be fine.
Its not smoking is it?
