ok so i am replacing my fuel pump on my 94 cavalier and the bolts are well i duno stuck i guess there is a nut at the top of each bolt but u can not fit a wrench up top and all the bolt does when u try and loosen it is turn and turn what can i do to get these damn bolts off?
