2nd rad is bad..Waterpump has a leak around or under it, Heatercore is inside the car so if its leaking it woundn't be a puddle under the car .. but still can leak, Loose clamps holding any of the hoses, Cracked overfill bottle, ..overfill bottle having over fill spill out, thremasat housing leaking at the gasket,<<if there is a gasket? Hole in the hose (s) heater core hoses aswell ...try those..

check your heater core hoses, and the thermostat housing, u may need a new thermostat o-ring too, it wotn be a heater core, b/c that is inside, UNLESS, the very outter nipple has a crack in it where it goes in the firewall

If your driveway is flat grab a piece of cardboard. lay it under the car in the area where you think the leak is leave the car there over night in the morning open the hood look down and see if theres anti freeze on the cardboard run you hand on the hoses see if there's any wet spots. If theres a leak even on the top of the hose it will run to the bottom of the hose out of eye sight. If its near the firewall then your looking at where the heatercore hose sits. Its Possible that the hose is leaking behind the wall and running down to the outside are even running down the firewall wipe the area clean and then see what gets wet are dirty? Is hard to tell someone where to look are what to do without looking yourself even harder on the net lol Hope it helps

listen i think we both have the same problem. But mine happened right after I did my heater core. I checked the hoses that go too the heater core, and they were clean with no leaks, but my car is leaking from near the firewall, and I still dont know where its coming from. Im guessing its that thing in the middle of the hoses, I dont know if you know what im talking about..but there is this black (squarish) looking thing that is connected in between the heater hoses? Could it be that

i own a 2.4 LD9 Granny

Rubber garment is put in place after the holes are casted or drill for the heater hoses to go into the firewall if the Rubber garment is worn out the exposed metal will cut into the hose. It's gotta be that area?????

There's a plastic outlet bolted to the side of the head(for main radiator feed, temp sensor, heater core line ect) that is sealed to the head useing a small oring when that starts to leak it pools right ontop of the tranny and runs down the back side...check on that...?
