If he is testing the coil primary and secondary with a voltmeter he is a moron. You check the primary and secondry with an OHM meter not a voltmeter.

anyways, i am towing the car back to my place today .. i need to get a pcm. to test it.

i seen he had a metal box out from the front of the car, was that the PCM? i thought the pcm was under the glovebox area.. on 95 cav 2.2

i checked so far, ignition module, coils, crank shaft sensor, and computer.

with the new computer i do smell FUEL, so fuel is coming in now.. but still no spark..

What you are describing is typical of the crank sensor, which takes the place of a distributor. When they go bad they usually stop working altogher. It won't have rough idle/performance but just stop working altogether and hence no spark. The adjustment is critical too as I had a friend have her's replaced at a local garage and the car stopped running a couple days later. After the Chevy dealer adjusted it she had no more problems.

If they are testing it with the alleged multimeter, run.
