I'e noticed several times now that every once in a while after I turn the key off andd take it out of the ignition, the Check Engine light will blink real quick. It only stays illuminated for a milli-second. I have noticed it more recently cause I don't have the dome lamp in ans it just catches my attention. When I start the car back up, no CEL.

Has anybody seen this before? What's the deal?

Yea, I noticed mine does it too, i think it's just the ECM checking signals after you turn the car off. Nothin to worry about as long as the light doesn't stay on.

I actually notice that on mine too, i thought there was something wrong with it but i wouldn't know...

I figured it was nothing to worry about. Just got annoying. It is more like a game:
