He said he's selling a race pipe with the O2 bung welded in, not the catalytic converter from what I understand. If you want a race pipe, just have Meineke cut the cat off and weld on a straight pipe. To give you a bit better understanding of aftermarket cats and pipes, some are universal that will fit anything with welding and cutting. Some are actually made to fit for certain applications, as this one obviously is for a Civic. Either way, you can get either one to work, however a universal fit (or one made for another vehicle) will typically take longer to fit by cutting and welding.
