well heres my problem: the key less entry on my 05 cavalier only works when it wants to.
yesterday i tried to lock my car with it and i tried and tried but it would not work. then i came back a few hours later to drive home, pushed the button, door unlocks fine. has anyone else had this problem?
this happens about once a week. i put new batterys in the remote a few times but it never fixed the problem. im not sure what it could be. is there a module somewhere for it that could be acting up?
the car is still under warranty but its one of those problems that seems kinda strange, so i was looking for some input before i take the car in.

you could have a problem in the body control module, it may just need a reflash/update, I'd take it in and let your dealer have a peek at it.
... my tv remote does that. maybe try the battery inside? maybe its dying.
