reverse lamps dont fire...

I have a 5spd 2003 cavalier. I just realized my reverse lamps dont come on when i put the car in reverse. All i could think of is that its a blown fuse because i had taken my battery out a few times doing some work under the hood. Plus, there both out. Where/Which fuse is the one i should check?

OK, well it was easy to get to and remove provided you have the right tools. I wish I knew that these things break like nothing under any tq. I broke my replacement, instantly with 1 quarter turn of the wrench, its made of the most brittle aluminum ive ever seen. Lucky that i got the threads out no problem.

If anyone plans to do this soon, make sure when you put the new on on that you dont use ANY tq. on the wrench once u can no longer get it tighter with your hand. I used the deep socket 19mm with no wrench, and just snugged it up with the socket by hand, its very very fragile.

Anyway its done. What a dumb problem to commonly have.
