does anyone have te part number for this badge. I went to the dealer and they cant find the metal one. the shiny one.
we looked @ every year from 2002 -2005 and all the numbers are the same.

yea the part number i gave you showed up today and it was the stupid sticker. we went threw the comp and not a damn thing it showed them all to be the same number

According to my catalog's GM has no metal Ecotec 2.2 badge.
But there is a pretty snazzy Ecotec supercharged label that they out on the new
cobalt SS.

when i got mine i got it from ebay
but i wonder if GM sold out of the stock of the 02 's and just replaced them with the 03-up sticker
figures GM would ruin 1 of the few good emblems they got
and only the 02's models had them

Just had an even better idea, its dishonest but it gets what you want.....
Look on a used car site like autotrader for a 2002 Ecotec Cavalier/sunfire in your area and assuming you find one then take it for a test drive swap it with yours..........seems easy enough, depends on how bad you want it.
