ok. what everyone told me was just the timing chain is a loose rocker arm. so i need some torque specs on what there suppost to be torqued to. i found this out using a stethescope at school.

its a loose rocker arm instead. i guess i shoulda put a comma there or something. but yeah. i jsut need some rocker arm specs. didnt do a search cause im sure not a lot of people have done this.
I believe its 22lbs, but wait for someone else, i dont have my book infront of me.

is there anything i need to know or should check while i have the valve cover off. have you done this before
I installed roller rockers a ways back. But check for any foregin pieces of metal or gasket material. Might be wise to replace your valve cover gasket. other then that i cant help ya.
