dude its hard. you will need. a heat gun, piano wire, steel putty knife, flat head screw driver and a lot of Patience. there is also an auto glass removal tool but Ive never used one.

first go find your victim then remove the rear interior trim panel this in not to hard you will have to un bolt the seat belt at the top.
next inspect the inside of the glass closely for screws (i cant remember if the J's have any) remove them.
now the fun part. while inside the car heat the adhesive for a bit, then use the putty knife or screw driver and carefully scrape at the adhesive with it. repeat until you get as much as you can from the inside.
now move on to the outside of the glass. use the same method as the inside but you will have to carefully pry back the black trim to get at the adhesive.

now push the tip of the screw driver through the adhesive and then push a length of piano wire thorough. i used about 6 feet of it. (tip, wrap the ends around 2 pairs of vise grips or you will cut yourself ).

now "saw" at the adhesive with the wire go slow and be careful you don't break the glass. when you have "sawed" all the way around it, it should just pop right out.

theres your glass. jut don't drop it on your way out. (trust me it sucks)

now to remove the glass out of your car (if its there) just tape it up and break it. you don't wanna scratch your car trying to get it out. then just pull on the trim/ adhesive hard and it will come off.
as for putting it back in.........i have no idea. after breaking and paying 3 windows at the wreckers we gave up on the install and paid the glass shop to do it. hopefully someone else can give you a how-to on the install.

good luck
hope this helps some, any questions let me know.

oh yea it really helps to have someone help you when removing the glass.

Note that the black trim around the window is permanently attached to the glass. Don't go trying to remove it. If you buy new glass, it comes with that trim attached to it.
