Hey guys, i haven;t seen this question answered anywhere and my eyes hurt from reading so much. I wanted to know if anyone has been able to get a serpentine belt to bypass the a/c compressor on a 96' sunfire 2.4 automatic. My clutch went bad i think cause its making wooooo ing noise and the a/c don't work, so just want to bypass it till summer when i need the a/c. thanks, and if you have any other ideas let me know

Yeah, you can do it with a really hard to find belt, or the A/C eliminator pulley.

thanks, turned out my alternator was cooking, not the a/c so it should be good now, its getting fixed
