99 GT w/ 110000km's. I go to start the car, lights work/radio turns on, but the car doesn't even attempt to turn over. All I can hear is a very faint click coming from the dashboard. With the key in the run position, the THEFT light does stay on. I tried leaving the key in run for 13 minutes, then removing the key, and trying to start the car, did that twice, and the car still wont start. The THEFT light stays on, and doesn't blink. Anyone have a suggestion, could it be the starter? relay? fusable link from battery to starter? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

You just need a new battery.

First you need to test the battery. Then you can test the starter relay. Try using a jumper wire on the starter and see if that does anything. That's just to start.
