when you open the radiator cap, should there be coolant all the way up to where you can see it when you take the cap off?
im trying to diagnose an issue, but was unsure about the coolant level in the radiator. any help is really appreciated.
It should be up to the "Full Coolant" mark on the coolant tank.. Almost to the top of the lid, but non the less--Yes.. I thought the same thing and then i found out that i had a leak in my water pump
well the coolant reservoir is full, but im looking to see if the the actual radiato should be full to where you can see it
well, its not a J, its a 91 dodge shadow, with the 2.5, non turbo. but i assume it would be the same.
It as to be full up to the coolant tank hose.
