Down Cylinder

OK guys i figured it out. after going back to basics, feul air and spark , i couldnt figure it out, thats cuz i took it for granted that the ignition was ok and firing right. well after i thought bout it and took the tower off ,that my mechanic insalled,to my suprise i found out that it wasnt a completely enclosed unit. This got me thinking that since the two center cylinders were down what could it hurt to just swap sides with the coils. I was thinkin that is the problem stayed with the same two cylinders then there was another problem, not the coils. After reinstalling the idi cover, i started the car onle to find that the miss was still there . I then took water and poured on each exhaust runner to find out that now the dead cylinders were on tha outside. bingo, theres the prob, so after a couple new coilpacks shes porring like a kitten again. hope this helps give someone a idea that maybe they hadnt thought of, later.

3 days ago i had to have my car towed from my house, the coil pack went. now i dont know what cylinders were firing and what werent or if they were just missing bad. The car ran fine that day. i went outside to start it for work(Temp had dropped to about 25-30 and its 9:45pm)i turned the key, engine turned over but no boom boom in the motor. so i tried again and tapped the gas as i let the engine turn for a second and it fired up only to SHAKE MY BRAINS OUT and i quickly shut it off. figuring maybe there was water in my tank and it had frozen an injector i fired it up again and TRIED to drive to work but i couldnt accelerate in 2nd gear. normally i can go from dead stop in 2nd with no trouble. the exhaust whined like a honda with duallies out the back, complete with foldjers coffee packaging; cans. ridicuouls experience to say the least
