Def. Fuel problem.. Gauge too rich ect..

Well ive had some kind of fuel problem with this car even tho i dont get bad mileage 300-400miles a tank anyway

when the car has 1/4 tank or less.. it doesnt run smoothly and it doesnt ever want to start on my driveway which is BARELY slanted.
so when i wake up in the morning with a 1/4tank or less i can crank it 10 times and it wont start unless i back it down my driveway.

something is obviously wrong with the gauge or something because ive ran out of gas 3 times already (twice before the light even came on and gauge was probably at 1/8)

I just changed my o2 sensors after gettin cels for them. Now i keep getting some code (too rich bank 1) So something is obviously wrong it doesnt come on consistently maybe once a day if im driving for work 100 miles ect stop and go on and off all day.

The car has 171k miles on original engine and i got it for cheap so im not going to put alot of money in it but its becoming quite irritating when i get to 1/4 or less is there anything i could clean out Except the filter of couse has been changed.

But any other suggestions would be great on stuff i could try myself ect if i have to keep it above 1/4 tank so be it too but id much rather know a solution then a quick fix that may end up causing more damage.
