It finally wants to drink
This morning I jacked it up and removed all the EVAP lines from the tank to the cannister--from the cannister to the vent solenoid. Blew them all out and even forced air into the cannister. Removed the vent solenoid and blew it out. Put everything back together and voila!!! Man shes thirsty.. Thanx to everyone for their suggestions.. It was greatly appreciated.

Not much crap came out... A little dirt and dust thats all. There is a filter in the vent solenoid that was really sticky and dirty so i took brake cleaner and cleaned it out. A little moisture came out of the cannister when I blew into it but other than that.....OH, and another thing... Its better on gas now. I went to Barrie this afternoon (45 mins away) and the guage barely moved. AWESOME
