okay.....its reallly buggin me now everytime my windows fogg up the back window defroster doesn't work ..........and its all caused by... i think the fuse box ....when i bought the car and checked alll fuses the def. fuse was black/burnt. so i got new ones and as soon as i put it in . it sparks and burns it out, now i repeat again , new fuse, spark burns out what do you think its causing it!?!?!? i noticed the 1st time i saw it the defroster clips in the back window were unplugged?!?!?
theres obviously a short somewhere
where can you find that short?!?!?.....how can you find it!?!?!.....
you have to go through your whole electrical system. its a pain in the ass and takes a long time

You'll need to find someone who can use a multimeter to find that short. It'll take a while but i'll find it eventually
