I don't know what kind of settings the mods can play with on the search function, but if a setting exists so that on any search the first listings that are given would be hits that are in the stickys. That would be great for the newbies or any member that actually try to use that function.
Why? The stickies are already on top, out in the open, and easily seen whenever you open the appropriate forum.

The stickies should be where you search first and foremost anyway. THEN move onto the actual search button. This would be pointless.
