I wouldnt really call this the "Best Deal Ever". Electrical problems are the worst things to get involved with, those rims are ugly as hell and it could use a new paint job. If I was looking for another project though, I'd offer him $1000 and call it a day.

That was before I heard that it was a rusted piece of crap with a salvage title and an owner whos got a habit of ripping people off. I dont think any sane person would buy a car just by looking at a picture on a forum, but not to say that people haven't, either.
