ok so i flipped my 99' sunfire back in november. its road worthy now but still needs alot of work. im graduating from highschool soon and am thining of telling my parents to get me a 03-05 model donor car. or should i just get a different car altogether?

you could always buy my car, and never have to do a single mod
so that i can replace the parts that need to be replaced on my car. and if the engines good id like to swap em
you would be better off getting the 03-05 and building off that. no sense in keeping a 99
the 99 has sentimental value... the only real difference i know of is the ecotec which is why id engine swap and the head lights which i dont like all too much

considering you're still in highchool.....and the current state of the economy, maybe you should worry about holding onto your money(or apparently your parents) and not dumping it into a crappy car that won't be worth dick.

Youd be better off finding a car like yours in a junkyard with a good body and suspension, but with a bad engine..... and using your current roller derby car for the parts car.
