I have tried to contact James with no luck of a return text message/phone call/email, etc. If anyone has been able or are able to contact him, please do so and tell him Isaak wishes to have the flywheel (or $450 if there is damage to it) asap.

I wish not to give details about this but if James wishes to do business in this manner, I will give all details, and they are not good.

Thank-you!

Here is the story.

June 19th he received a box from me. The items included a Racetech aluminum flywheel ($750), 3800 engine harness, Sunfire engine harness, GP GTP PCM and various wiring pieces for the swap. Our agreement (even though he denies it, but yet I have proof of) was to trade the flywheel for a redone harness for a 3800 engine swap into my Sunfire. He is the one who came to me needing the flywheel because he had messed up his. I offered his services of doing the harness in trade of the flywheel, I believe this was fair and he agreed.

I clearly stated to him that I was in no rush for the harness as I had other things to do to the car first, but I had no idea this was going to take over 10 months to accomplish. He stated to me by text message and email that his guy hadn't touched it yet, but I had told him no rush sure as hell didn't mean take a year. In January he told me that the harness was half done, okay great... less than 3 weeks later when I had asked for another update, he had asked me for the harness information, what year the harness's were from so his guy knew.... what the hell? If he was half done, this information would be already in his head, he wouldn't need it again!

I gave him the information and told him I needed it by March 1st, that's when I was ready and there was no need for it to take longer than this, this was in January mind you. March has obviously come and gone and so has April (minus a week) and I still had not heard from him, plenty of text messages, phone calls, left him messages, facebook messages, any means to get a hold of him, I tried. It sure seemed to me like my stuff was not going to come back to me unless I was going to step on his toes and threaten him, and so I did. I was ready to contact the police, BBB and my lawyer was ready to make a move. This was almost 4 weeks ago when I finally contacted James through text message and told him clearly to keep the harness's and stuff, and only send back the flywheel. He agreed but stupid remarks about me not being a paying customer made him believe this is why this has tooken so long, it was still a business transaction in my eyes, cash or not, I did nothing to be treated this way.

Nearly 4 weeks later, and having no contact with him, obviously it does not take 3 weeks to send a package from NS to ON, it takes about 4 days, do I think I am getting the short end of the stick here? Of course, am I ready to take legal action? Of course, within minutes of contacting the NS police about my issue and have my lawyer contact James, I FINALLY get a response from James, he is sending my "@!#$" back and will be receiving it next week. Am I worried about the fact I got ripped off? Oh hell yes, he claimed he @!#$ up both flywheels when we texted each other 3 weeks ago, I told him clearly in a message I left him on his shop phone that if the flywheel is damaged at all, I will take $450 in exchange, this is a far cry of what the $750 I paid new, and it was sent to him brand new, I can assure that because of pictures of proof, and James if you are reading this, I have a lot of it against you, so if anything is damaged upon receiving this @!#$ in the box, this is not over.

By the way for all you JBOers that look up to James, he isn't the person you think he is, he will screw you over if given the opportunity, I am not the only one he has treated poorly, but I do not wish to drag this on beyond of what it has to, I just believe that people must realize they must be very careful in who they buy from and consider a friend Just ask Brad (DoubleZ)... right James?

I assure you he is not trying to rip you off. If you only knew how busy James is you might have some what an understanding.

Busy? Are you serious? Trust me I gave him plenty of time to get it complete, but realize how long 10 months is, a buddy of mine just completed my harness in a week!!!

I can also assure you he was busy as well, working on his own car.

I honestly didn't want to bring this to light, I don't like bash talking people, but I had enough and people must realize that what James has done to me and I am sure a few others, is not right, you don't make a business transaction and them make excuses for 10 months.

you have to be kidding this is what he ment by your raven followers.

i was dissapointed with my PCM results from him as i still have ATF TEMP, TCC codes that weren't delted but not a big deal as i wont be running that PCM much longer, just kinda ticked i paid to have the auto trans codes removed and not all were done, but i'm just leavin it at that. i completed isaaks harness in less then a week. i had the 3800 one preped then once he gave me his j body one i finished it off

but now you can atleast get things moving on the car again just gotta get me that flywheel, try and get the one from your "buddy" get both done at the same time

I received my flywheel and pcm back today, all looks well and from the giberish James telling me it was broken seems to be false, but I am still going to get it checked out by a machine shop to keep on the safe side. I told him to keep the harness's and that I would take the loss, sucks but that was my choice. I lost $, a lot of time and more importantly, my respect for James.

Time for me to move on...

Oh my @!#$...what a load of BS going here. @!#$ I don't even know what to say to be honest. After over a year of Issak trying to low ball me on everything for this swap I finally agreed to get this harness done for him, I didn't tell him a time frame as I was not the one doing the harness in the first place. I never broke my flywheel, still run the same damn one I have been for the last 6 years, I don't even know where he got that from. Like I said after a year of messages (texts, emails, etc) asking for me to do this @!#$ for nothing I finally agreed to do it for him....looking back at it now I should of just said no unless you actually want to pay for it. Also the harness that was sent was not the one we discussed at all, @!#$ had to be added, the computer was different, etc. I still said I would do it though, but the problem was that I was not doing it in the first place which means that it cost money out of my own pocket to get it done. I was also told by Isaak that it was no rush what so ever and that as long as he had it back before summer he was fine with it.....well guess what it's still not summer! I also own my own business now and have become very very busy over the last year with work, now I know that is no excuse but if he was a paying customer right from the start then there would of been no issue, I even stressed that to him in the beginning.

Anyway you guys can take what I wrote how ever you want to, I am done trying to help people out online. Not going to do it again, been burned too many times now. Issak you have your @!#$ back now, what you do with it from here is your business but I would appreciate it if you would stop this BS and trying to deface my reputation. There was no time frame agreed upon, I told you it would be awhile as I didn't have the time to do it and I was even nice enough to agree to do it for you with absolutely no compensation from you to me. You may think that the flywheel was payment but honestly I only agreed to it because I felt sorry for you. You have been trying to get this swap done for FIVE YEARS now, and after a year of low ball offers I tried to make it worth my while as I thought maybe it would be a good idea to have a spare flywheel. In hindsight I really wish I would of just stuck to my guns and didn't do you any favors. Again I did take way too long to get this done and I do apologize for that but I was never on a time frame (nothing agreed on besides this coming summer) and I did have paying local customers who have to come first, end of story. If you would of given me $850 like every other person who wants a harness you would of had it back in two weeks, end of story. The first time I heard of a time frame it was back at the beginning of March and Issak was demanding to have it back my the end of March, well again you don't pay for something then you have no right to demand anything! Even still I tried my best to get it done, talked with the person who was doing it and he was backed up with work as well. Since I told him there was no time frame on it it was put on the back burner. Then a few weeks after that the treats started from Issak, I don't know about you guys but if someone threatens me then I get a little upset and the idea of helping someone out kind of gets lost.

All you had to do was get ahold of me and I would of taken care of it, end of story. The TCC code can't be removed, I can remove it all I want in the computer and it will come back, I am not sure why but it does. If you would of gotten ahold of me I would of told you that, it does the samething in my car. I removed the exact same codes from you PCM that are removed from mine so I'm not sure why you are getting an ATF TEMP code, I don't get it. I think I also remember that I took over an hour of my time on a Saturday morning to go pin for pin through you harness with you on the phone to make sure it was not an issue with the harness, I guess taking over an hour out of my time when I am at work is a dissapointment to you. I always try my best to please people but you can't always do that. I am also not perfect nor do I know everything so if there is a problem with something that I do I kind of have to rely on people to tell me. I have no problem checking my work, fixing something that I did wrong or didn't know about but it's kind of hard to do that when you think there is no problem, know what I mean? If those codes are really bothering you that much (nether will effect performance of the car) then send me the PCM back and I will take care of it for you, I will even pay the shipping since it's obvious that I missed one with the ATF TEMP code. I would of agreed to do that from the start if you would of gotten ahold of me.

Wow... what is this low balling you are referring to? I asked for nothing, I even built my own subframe, so please enlighten me, low ball? Look at your facebook, the message you sent me, it CLEARLY states you asking me for the flywheel because you had busted yours, as well as msn messages asking me for the flywheel, even before I wanted the harness because I was going to have Brad do it for me, please explain that, seriously now.

A time frame was never agreed upon because you would never answer me, I sent numerous emails to you stating how long, never a response, who's fault is that?

Seriously, you will have to do better than this to get me to believe anything, what you have said in the past is said... In January of THIS year, I sent you an email stating again what the harness was from and what I wanted done, did you forget or just not care? I think we can both see what happened there. I asked to have it done by March 1st, but of course no response.

Cash transaction or business transaction, its still a transaction, if you felt sorry for me, that was your mistake, 5 years...... ya, I don't concern my car my life, I made sure my finances are in check before I make purchases, wasting a year waiting for a harness cost me, I too am sorry for that.

Its too bad... all I asked for was a wiring harness, what I received was a bunch of BS from you... too bad indeed.

"Hey man, wondering if you still have that flywheel and if your willing to part with it. I am trying to get my car back together and need to know asap.

Thansks
James"

Shall I go on James? Let me guess, you deleted that facebook message right? I'm done, proved my point long time ago.
