was wondering if someone could tell me where the block heater cord is on a 03 cavalier thanks

If it's installed stock, as far as I know on my LD9 the cord is right by the washer bottle. It's right by the battery on my 2.2 OHV. Not sure on the ecotec.

On the back side of the motor there should be a cord coming from what seems to be under the exhaust. Follow that and you should find it. Mine was origionally jammed right besides the coolant bottle (This seems to be around where they usually are). I've seen a couple that were beside the battery though, or even fell down around the transmission.

It's on the right side (as your sitting in the car) of the motor next to the exhaust header.

All Canadian J cars 95+ (dunno about older) came with the block heater from the factory...

My ecotec had the cord coiled up behind the coolant overflow bottle...
