i found a new bumper on the classifieds and i sent the money order out asap and when he got it he emailed me but now its been like 3 weeks and still no bumper and no emails i found his myspace and i messaged him on there and still nothing. is there anything i can do to get my money back or to get a bumper LS sport front bumper if anyone has one

file a complaint against him, call his local police department, your local police department. dont let it go if a officer doesnt not want to talk to you about it ask for someone else and keep doing such till someone will listen.
I'm surprised by this. He's been at a couple local meets and seemed like a good guy.
Thats why paypal is good. You can file a dispute or do a chargeback on your credit card. Sending out money or money order is risky
