OK is this an oversight, or am I blind?

Every so often when threads get locked, the mod will tell them to read the rules. IE- when Fodder locked a thread recently because the poster was asking about street racing wich we all know is against the rules.

That got me thinking; and I was bored and decided I was going to read through the rules just for something to do, and to see if anything has been updated, but to my suprise, I CAN'T FIND IT, and I've looked everywhere I can think of on the site. Am I missing something simple, or should we make the list of rules for the ORG more obviousley located for those newer on the site? (I've been here for years, and I'm stumped)

OMG your right, I didn't think to look there, those tabs kinda blend together. Youd think as much as we preach the rules, you'd think they'd place it on the sidebar betwwen "log in/out" and "home" or some where Highly visible like that.....just and idea. (thanx for finding it for me )
