ok so i'll fill everyone in on some background information. its my girlfriends 19th bday and i decided to get her a new cd player for her cavalier. instead of just giving it to her i was going to surprise her by installing it at night and not even tell her about it.

so anyways i got the deck, wiring harness, all that @!#$ and went over to install it.
being 4am in the morning it was dark as hell and i was super tired. i got to work at trying to rip off the dash and everything looked great!
3 clips popped out really easy and then SNAP the @!#$in thing broke right in half.. so now im freaking out cuz i broke off half of her stereo trim/dash. realizing i cant go back now i decide to keep trying to install this thing.
so i get it almost in when i hear some sirens.. yes thats right the popo showed up right when i was almost finished.
seeing the half broken dash and a stereo with a @!#$ load of wires nicely in my hands did not make for a nice greeting..
so they asked me what i was doing and then put me in cuffs.. even after i said repeatedly that it was my girlfriends car..
they then knocked on my girlfriends house and got her to come out and see me in cuffs..

i hope you had a giggle about that cuz it was suuch a horrible night!! but looking back on it, its funny as hell!

lol yup, that'll definitely look interesting.

i had no id on me neither so the cops were just like sure sure.. thank god my girlfriend woke up or i might of spent a night in jail
and the look on her face was priceless!! i was just about to say.. Happy Birthday!!
now that its morning ill try and fix this huge disaster!!
btw does anyone know how to take off that whole dash/trim? probably be a nice thing to know since im going to be replacing it hahaha
