just like the title said i ordered two jbody stickers about a month ago, and was also billed for about 10 dollars for them from the gm enthusiast network.
i have sent two emails and have had no replies.i just want to know how i can get them or when i will get them.
can someone just give me some info on them.

bold is a little annoying to read. also dave waits to gather a large order of jbo stickers then sends them out all at once. it is more cost effective then having to print two here, one there. you understand. don't fear it may take a while but you will get them, i have never heard of him not sending the stickers, but i i have heard of it taking several months for some people, and others just a couple of weeks because of how they fall within his printing regime.

he really should state that on the order page then. i think it's utter bull@!#$ that they take the money and sometimes people wait months for their decals.

ok heres 2 ideas....
for JBO members: if you cant/wont wait for stickers...print up a copy of the JBO logo and take it to your local decal shop, get as many as you want, as fast as you want, shut up and be happy.
for Dave: perhaps post a week or 2 (or whatever period of time works) before you go to get a batch printed...then people will know when they are coming, and if they want em soon thhey can hurry and get on board...ya know...post "hey folks sticker batch coming on x-month/x-day get your orders in by x-month/x-day"

Negative, if you don't sell them and use them for personal use only you should be okay.
i wouldnt worry about being sued. if it fell into some kind of major copyright deal, then someone would be suing all the decal shops printing K&N, TEIN, FLOWMASTER, and many, many other company names and logos, cause somehow i doubt they are paying royalties to all those companies. i can go to the mall, not to mention any specialty vinyl shops in my area and get any name/logo/whatever i want too.
besides, the person putting the decal on thier car is free advertising...why ruin that??? maybe Dave would be the type to take exception, i dont know the man personally, but it would be kinda petty to me...
however, i think that waiting a little bit isnt that big of a deal...and it helps support JBO...
i do think the "decal run" post is a really great idea though...if i do say so myself

Then wait for the counter suit along with a civil action suit by members who put money towards a product that barely anyone receives. That basically borderlines fraud since they accept and pull the money so quick, yet barely anyone receives a product.

That is the only problem I have with this site. The first time I ordered some JBO Vinyls, I got them about 2 weeks later. (even ordered around the same time of the year)... Now this go around I get another Premium Membership, as well as a few JBO Vinyls. Now its April, (ordered in Jan.) and I still have nothing.
I am patient, but 4 months? Come on! I'll probably sell my car before I get the vinyls at this rate.

not trying to fuel the fire here... but my cobaltss.net decals came within 4 days. so i suppose i could see the frustration in waiting so long for them. it really shouldnt take too long. especially if the consumer pays shipping costs, because then there really isn't a need for bulk shipping.

What shocks me is that people still bitch about this, and yet the situation never gets fixed. No response to the threads, no response to the contact us e-mails. Come on, that's ridiculous. Put a warning on the order page saying "Hey, we're going to take your money and when we get around to getting the stickers made we'll send them out to you. It could take a week or two, or it could take 6 months." I haven't even ordered stickers, but after seeing countless threads complaining about the exact same situation, it's about time something is done to reconcile the situation.
I was lucky i revieved mine within a month or so of purchase. I would personally say if everyone is worried about them. Just stop ordering the decals. It's not worth the hassle to have to wait forever to recieve a couple dollar product. I know that there has to be a good amount made off of these decals every year.

Most of the people complaining about stickers probably don't frequent the forums where other people have already complained.
It's not hard to put one line of text stating that orders may take 4-6 weeks. It will sure cut down on a lot of the "I didn't get my stickers!" bitching in this forum.

I'm sorry, but not everyone knows that these stickers take forever. Most people would assume that Dave sells the stickers and operates a business like any other business. You know, with contact and timely shipment of purchased products. It's really sad how in all of these threads people just keep saying "Hey, Dave's a busy guy, this isn't his only job." I understand that, but if he can't take the time to ship a product for which he has already received payment for then he shouldn't be selling them. Hand the responsibility over to some one else. Or, as I simply said, and Muffin reiterated, put a warning on the page saying he gets the stickers made in bulk and when he receives enough orders he'll get them made and shipped out. It's

Mine took about three months to arrive. I was wondering the same thing when I first ordered mine and was waiting for quite a bit. But then I did a search on stickers and read a bunch of different posts that all said it varied from 1 - 3 months sometimes a little longer, but no big deal. You're waiting for "$10.00 stickers"... It's not like you just paid $1300.00 for a set of lambo door hinges and not have them come in. Yeah then I'd be bitching... but for $10.00stickers... I was able to remain calm and just have faith that they would one day show up in the mail, lol.

in all honestly, money is money, your trade cash for a service. I personally think its ridiculous to wait anything over 2 weeks TOPS for decals. With me doing this myself with my business, i never have a complaint about turnaround time which is a week, week and half tops on strictly decal orders.
everyone just relax!
like it was just stated, they cost a whole $10.... its not that big of a charge to be getting all worried about them not showing up. they wll come in, just have some patience. granted, a disclaimer SHOULD stop people from bitching, but we all know it wont.
i do agree with the order posts going up though. i mean if the orders were done 4 times a year or something (every 3 months) and if you have it in by this date you will be garanteed your sticker but left up to the mercy of the post office at that point.
cant people just be happy in the fact that they are supporting such a resourceful website such as the org in one of the only ways it can make money?
