Sunday, December 03, 2006 9:22 AM
Now I didnt want to do this but im growing impatient. Ive tried emailing 3 times and the contact us emailing system once all last week.
Ive odered the rear strut bar almost a month ago now and I was told 2 weeks ago that my order would be instock and shipped and I would hear from them. Well Ive emailed and no reply. I know TTR is a GREAT COMPANY. Ive ordered numerous things from them. I'm just wondering what is going on with my order and if they could get into contact with me soon please

Thanks

Strange? It is around the holidays though, so that could be a reason. A lot of people ordering, etc. I remember when i ordered from A+ around this time of year, and it took me almost a month or so to get an e-brake & shift boot. These companies get a lot of orders, so I'm sure its normal. TurboTech has always been good, so I'm sure its nothing wrong.

Of course they should, because you are their only customer.

When I buy something nearly a month ago to the day, and I still dont have it.... I should be kept up-to-date

Should they also inform you if they are having a "boys night out" or if they will be out late? You sound like an old married woman.

i will start a donation thread in OT to buy you a calling card so you can call them, deal?

have you tried using their "help desk" feature? When you log in to check your order status there is a link at the top that says help desk. I've used that twice in the past and have had responses to both of my questions within an hour. Aaron is very good with customer service.

Well, in his defense. He is their customer, and if the store can't give him what they said they could, they should atleast say something. Thats like saying you can buy a turbo from me, you pay me, and I never e-mail you but continue doing business. If there are a lot of delays with the company with back orders, processing, etc. They should atleast e-mail and say so, so he isn't left out in the wind with nothing.

We have replied to your emails many times, I am assuming you are not receiving them as we replied we are not the hold back, as Vibrant is out of stock and is shipping more to us. As soon as we receive more, we will re ship them out to you. If you wish to cancel, let us know we will get it done for you.

Many times, companies run out of their product, producing more than one item, they cannot instantly produce more as they have a manufacturing list of what needs to be made. Being we are one company that sells for them out of most likely 1000's we can only wait for them to get us the product we order from them.

Also the "help desk" on the site (www.TurboTechRacing.com) works very well as stated above, we have never had any issues with it, and it can be reference for many years, as it will never get deleted.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns through PM, online help desk, or email. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Also it has been 2.5 weeks since your order was processed (not a month). We shipped the other item right away you purchased at the same time, as we like to get you the products we do have to you right away.

I am almost positive this maybe what happened, that is why we reccomend the "help desk" on the site as you can login to your account, post messages, find shipping info, etc and it will be there forever.
