ok right now i got a 1995 sunfire and well i bout it for 400$ canadian and yes i knwo thats like nothin but the bodys is kinda @!#$ on it the engine and tranny are good but i'm haven alot of lil electrical problems to
example : deck use to work and now doesnt
head lights only had hi beams (fixed)
trank latch dont work
body work need(rear qaurters)
need new doors (guy had a remote unlock and its completly @!#$ the doors)
and @!#$ like that like the car runs pretty good and its just alot of lil things now what i want thinkin was my friend drives a sunfire and personally i like the body on the cavs better so i'm thinkin pick up a cheap cavie give him the front end cuz he wants to make a cavfire and i wanna ut the sunfire front end on the cavie
now i knwo u can swap like everything on the 2 cars and my body will pay me for the cavie front end and if engine is bad or w/e i have a 2.2 from the sunfire i can swap and @!#$ but like is most of the interiour swapable to cuz i have most of the interiour in the sunfire custom painted and so on and i made a custom rear deck lid and @!#$ i want to know if that will swap
i also wanna know if u think i should get a cavie to for all this like i'm only out 400$ witch i'm not even out that much since like everything is almost swapable so really i'm not out right but ya
any way what u guys think should i shouldnt i and why these electrical problems could ead into alot more right so idk give opinoins thankz
honestly im really having a hard time even figuring out your question.
so it is
a) keep the sunfire, buy a cav and swap the cav front on your sunfire
b) buy a cav and swap all interior pieces to the cav?
basically their the same car so everything on the interior of the fire will swap into the cav
Since you need new rear quarters, I'd go with your plan b -- get the Cavi and do a Cavfire swap.
all i was askin was think i should spend the time and mnoey on fixin the sunfire
or
should i buy a cav and make a cavfire and @!#$ geezz
