has anyone bought from this company before? or dealt with them

finally i think ive been screwed.... i purchased my exhaust system & highflow cat from them.. & UPS lose's it(both packages)....the only time someone wrote me back was when i had performance curve put a tracer on the packages... 2 days later....UPS then tells me no tracers have been put on the packages..

...and ive been trying for a week now to get ahold of someone...email....phone calls...no one ever calls me back or emails me back...

It sounds to me like UPS is acknowledging that there WERE packages? Or am I reading that wrong? If there were packages shipped I can't see how that means you got screwed by the company

That's not the best sign, but consider the source... not all (hell, practically none) of the J-oriented performance parts "businesses" are businesses at all. It's not like they'll have a 24 hour customer service staff ready to respond to your email 15 seconds after you send it.

I hope it turns out ok for you, but this serves only to reinforce the point of "research THEN buy". Asking questions after you've lost money does nobody any good.

if UPS lost the package, what good is it going to do you to get ahold of performance curve? the only remote possibility that will help is if UPS somehow finds the package returns it or has already returned it to them. either way, you should be dealing with UPS, not performance curve.

if you have recipts of the purchase from performance curve, UPS needs to reimburse you for your purchase if they can't find out where it ended up.

the way UPS works is that the person/business who shipped it has to file the claim.

ALL UPS packages have tracking numbers. it comes standard along with $100 free insurance.

The company should have had the tracking numbers. if ups is saying that there was no tracking numbers sounds like the products never got sent. i would call your CC company and tell them about it.
