Well As a tuner and someone who likes to help out I feel that it needs to be said.
I contacted Whiteboy.ca May regarding the purchase of projector headlights, I was confirmed that a date June 3rd would be the completion (JCO Bash) to show off a product for them. 2 days prior to the bash I was told that the projector "broke" and it would be 2 weeks before one could be shipped. During the two weeks I kept on them asking if they were in to receive" they must be stuck at the border excuse" I have dealt with several things at the border none of which takes this long. The two week deadline arrived to now get we still do not have them being June 17th "I will take the ones off my car and produce a set for you" (Jakob Koter co-owner of whiteboy.ca) then 3 days later to hear that the projectors he needs for his car the bulbs are on back order, this is not my problem I am the customer customers generally come first in business I run one. for the last week and a bit today being the 30th of June I have emailed messaged on msn to try and receive an answer not getting one I took the last straw making my problem public, not one response on the forum from any whiteboy affiliate, but a 4 page long thread. Today I receive an email from the "co owner" stating:

hey whats up,
I am writing to let you know that i wont be able to make the headlights anytime soon, i am extremly busy at work and after work i am working on my house getting it ready to live in and my wedding is in 2 months. i just got toooo much @!#$ to do.. sorry to keep you waiting but for the next few months for sure i wont be able to work on them.

So this is my statement I tired being a good guy I backed the company 100% to be shot in the foot 6 weeks after wasting my time, not only have you pissed me off you have pushed back several things such as photo shoots marketing campaigns etc. this has cost me more then a set of headlights. I will warn everyone to think about purchasing anything from whiteboy as I feel it is a need to know basis, I have heard several stories none of which have been good. If anyone need’s proof of the event that has taken place I have saved every conversation between the company and I, and will gladly share them with you. As for whiteboy I would be expecting an email form a major corporation fairly shortly due to the delay of set marketing campaigns.
any comments towards myself please pm this is my opinion which I feel needs to be known as a person in the tuner market.

Josh already saw the post on JCO and pm'd me within minutes it has nothing to do with money its the 6 week response that is un beleivable money can be replaced cost is nothing time is everything
wow that sucks yeah im definatly not going to be ordering form whiteboy and was in the mood for a body kit, specially after finding out the 03-05 bc2 kits sucks as far as fitment goes. But yeah im definatly going to hit up josh for projectors.

when i ordered my lip i never had any problems, kept me updated everytime i emailed him, and i even went to pick it up to save the $60(i think) on shipping, which he didnt mind at all. i even hung out with Jakub and a couple of his friends and they were all cool. i just dont understand what happened to him, he seemed like he wanted to do alot for us JBOers, must have lost interest or something. sorry you guys are having so much trouble with him. i hope he straightens everything up.

JBO needs to step up and boot companies like Whiteboy that now have a stink following them around in terms of BAD buisness.......
Not only boot the company from posting items for sale but the owner as well......the negativity in following posts from these people will end up rashing this great website...
Bummrz...I feel for you...with the pressures of shows, shoots and deadlines drama like this from people that have no idea what that side of this hobby is like just dont understand the stress involved with delayed products and service....
But like yourself...l would be after blood to....its the only way to make them learn...Customer Service is and should always be # 1.......

My partner talked to him on msn and told him to go to IZN because we do not have the time to make these and we could not get the projectors in for him because no one would ship it to us here in Canada.

If you had read what he said, the money wasn't the issue. If someone promises a date to him and he makes his schedule around that date, then they should deliver when said. He isn't pissed over losing money he is mad over the poor customer service.
so, my mom got a call from jakub, and he said i have to drive like 50 minutes away to pick the thing up...they never told me that when i bought it. and now i have been emailing them trying to ask where it is, where i have to get it, and why they havent called, and they wont respond. so idk im pissed.
