i read every one of these posts when people are looking for information on someone, just in case i can help. i had never thought i would ever have to make my own. here is the situation.....
i had listed some items onto ebay. right away i received a bid. as time goes on a couple of bidders go back an forth. only one winner and i send him an invoice and also an ebay contact email stating congratulations and to please pay so i can ship them out. later i place another item up. someone bids, item ends, i send an invoice and ebay contact to please pay. during the next 5 days after the first auction ends i continue to send invoices and pleads for the winner to pay. i receive no replies at all. the last two days of the five days i had been sending invoices to the winner of the second auction to please pay. still, no replies or attempts to pay. i then just assume that the winner of the first auction had lost interest in the item and so i decide to write how i will be filing a non-payment with ebay. the day after i send this message to him, both the winner of the first auction and the winner of the second auction decide to give me (-) feedback stating:
"Sent payment and keeps saying that I didnt send it... wont send me my lenses....". im like
? now remember, this is only two days after the second auction ended, and he says this. now, i only accept paypal payments, so there is no way this could be true due to fact that they wouldnt know my street address to send the payments to.
i did a little advanced search and had found this on the first winner:

and this on the second winner:

i had called the two phone numbers and they are both bogus. one is a 21 century office, and the other is no longer in use.
i had then figured, well they like Jbodies, ill do a member search here too:

James Tofflemire (jtear) - Windsor, ON

so, what i ask of you is if anyone may know who he is. what i want is for him to contact me himself and to please explain his actions. also, i would like to let everyone beware that if you see either one of these two ebay members names show up on one of your auctions to refuse his bids.

report it to ebay , and get them to remove the negitive he left you
i hate people that bid on stuff and never reply
ebay is so full of aszhats anymore.
it has deff. went downhill in the past two years. you cant even make a complaint to them anymore because it is all a automated replies, and ebay doesn't care anymore.

Especially since, if I recall correctly, they were supplying the lenses for you around the time you were starting up...
I'm sensing a possible explanation from White Boy is in order...

well, this is a very interesting situation. i have looked an confirmed everything that craig has brought up, and i have also had outside sources bring some other interesting facts to my attention. thanks shifted for checking up on the two accounts. i would like to answer some questions....
97cavie24ls(JDM&00s/c sedans™): im working on that. but because he used two different accounts, it seems "harder" for them. i dont know.
Kardain: you are correct. the first sets of headlights i built, i was utilizing his services. but i had to bring that to a prompt halt due to some reasons id rather not share till i receive a reply. i did some research, investing and built my own machine.

themarin8r: yes, that could be a possibility. i have other evidence that says otherwise, but perhaps there is a good explanation.
well, i had called and emailed him. nobody is answering the phone and i have not yet received a reply at this time. if anyone can get a hold of him and bring this thread to his attention, he may reply so this doesnt get too ugly.
thank you everyone for your support and help. i do hope that he replies to the thread prior to it being locked so nobody has a bad taste in their mouth for he and his company.

Someone could have hacked into his ebay/paypal account as well. There are plenty of schemes out there which people can use to obtain personal information. (e.g. phishing emails)
Just throwing some ideas out there before everyone jumps to conclusions.
