Alright guys, trust me this post is just coming outta complete desperation. I have tried e-mailing Ben tons of times with no response, tried IM'ing him tons of times...no repsonse. So Ben if you read this let me know when I am getting my arm rest or if anyone can talk to him, let him know bout this post or have him e-mail me. I hope this doesn't get locked or anyhting because this is about the only other way I can think of to get a hold of him. So Ben get back to me or someone help me out. Thanx

*sigh* sorry, been sick this past week. but actually i am right here. sorry no emails from you unless youve gotten a reply from me and youre not on AIM much. but your armrest is headed out tomorrow. told you i was fine tuning it. and as i told you in one of your emails, youll be getting a refund too cause its taken so long. if you want i can post a pic of your armrest (give me half an hour or so) as well as your tracking number (tomorrow) just to make sure there is no confusion as to the authenticity. sorry again man....

ya i've been sending you e-mails bout every monday or so, each week anyway. i know you told me you were fine tuning. i just worry when i don't hear anything from you and makes me wonder. but yes i would like a tracking number once you send it out, that will make me rest a little easier so please get that to me and it was good to hear something, now i don't have to wonder as much.

Yes I agree. No refund should be given. Ben, you create parts which nobody else does. So what if its late, that happens with custom parts. You provided a service and you should be paid for it. You people need to understand that these parts are not offered anywere else. You need to have patience and wait for your parts.
But since Ben did give you a refund, we can all see what a great guy he is. Keep up the good job Ben.

i agree but when i wait over 5 months for it and the car is back together and i have shows coming up, i kinda get impatient. i have nothing against ben at all, good to work with but like i said, this was between him and me so if this could be locked or deleted it should be cause we have worked this out and this no longer needs to continue.

The other day I ordered pizza, i waited 10 minutes for them to make me a cup of blue cheese. I didnt mind one bit but they gave me the pizza for free. Thats good customer service. On a much cheaper scale but the same idea.
the refund was my idea. jeremy didnt ask for it and when it was offered he actually said "no thats ok you need to make $ on it." but he did send his armrest in to me in february and it would have been done and out but like i said i moved and one or two things came up. however i feel that cant be used as an excuse, know what i mean?
anytime anyone wants me to do c/f parts for them i make sure they understand that "this is a hobby of mine thats done in my spare time". but after a certain amount of time has elapsed I feel that the person should get something for being patient. im not doing this carbon stuff to get rich off of....its a hobby that i can help other people with and at the same time make a buck or two for my time and labor.
right now i have two full dashes being done with a third that just arrived. the two dashes in now have been waiting sinch march-april because of the same reasons as jeremy's armrest. neither of the dash's owners have asked for refunds, but i have told them both that i am throwing in "freebies" for their patience. if they had demanded $ back or constantly hounded me about it, i would have told them "hey i said it would be awhile...so you will have to wait". but since they are being cool about it, the least i can do is be cool back.
so please dont be mad at jeremy. the $ i refunded to him isnt that much. because he was cool, he ended up with a free carbon armrest minus shipping. but he also had to wait for it. i think in the end its evened out. and as jeremy said, this post was to get my attention, and it did. someone sent me the link othewise i might just now have seen it. email is a bitch sometimes and it seems i either wasnt getting jeremy's mail, or it was getting filtered, or something. and we were playing IM tag and thats always a pain in the ass. so anyway....me and jeremy are cool with this....i hope you guys can be cool with jeremy too.
