Has anyone tried getting ahold of Gravana? i've tried calling a couple times today and no answer. I was suppose to have my springs no later than last wednesday and I haven't received them yet whats the deal>?

They are in the middle of moving. Phones are down. With out phones you have no DSL which means you have no e mail. Give Jim till mid / end of the week to get into the new place and everything will be back to normal. I know they started moving as of mid last week into the bigger place.

Supposedly phones and email will be on in the new shop in a hour or so.

ya, when i went up to gravana about 2 weeks ago, they were packed up and ready to move.

Hey All,

On behalf of Jim and Gravana, I wanted to keep everyone updated.

Gravana has just finished moving into their new facility. Inventory and vehicles have been moved over and phones and internet should be up and running in the next day or so. All numbers will remain the same. It is a brand new facility, so there is some "jumping through hoops" to attend to with the city, etc. However, Gravana is still up and running and in business, just some final details for the move that are getting squared away.

My offices for Teske Design and Ekset Apparel are now in the same facility as well, so I am facing the same issues. Jim is working to get everything buttoned up asap. I hope this answers any questions, and thanks again for the patience.

I talked to him earlier about a set my friend ordered and Eibachs are on backorder. I have no idea what you ordered though.

Just got back from Jims new place. Still no phone, still no DSL. Someone was suppose to be there today by 6 PM to fix the DSL so who knows what the deal on it is.

Well in the same boat as you guys, I'm waiting for a baer big brake kit combo that was supposed to arrive last week, sent 2 e-mails, called 3 times, no luck !

Well I just talked to Jim on the phone and he sent me an email that b&g's were on back order so he gave me the option of h&r's, so im taking those, so Jim is a good guy and he really worked w/ me and got my money order ordeal all figured out w/ the shipping company that was holding it for some reason and i should be getting the springs this week thurs. or fri. thanks again Jim! ,i'll have them in time for my show!
