Tabasco Racing Is Closing Down......

Thats right....Tabasco Racing is shutting its doors (or at least its internet equivalent). Effective at the end of this month, TR will cease its internet activities. All current orders have been filled and any that are received after the shut down date will be forwarded to Jason at A+Performance. (Good guy....buy from him )

The reason Tabasco Racing is closing is simple: I need to finish my accounting/business degree and I can't do that while running the business. Also, there is no local market here and I do not feel like being an "online only" business forever. I mean seriously...there is nothing locally. And since I just bought a house, moving is out of the question.

So....Tabasco Racing is for sale. Even though the site is currently off line (or will be shortly), the dealer accounts and pricing will remain active. So if you are interested in helping out the J market, or just want to make a few extra bucks, drop me an email at tabasco_ant@hotmail.com or tabasccavalier on AIM (serious inquiries only). And don't be scared....since all you are purchasing is a name/site/dealer accounts, no physical merchandise or anything like that, the price is very agreeable

Anyway, I will not be going anywhere as I still have a J and hope to bring my little brother into the scene soon. What I plan to do is spend more time with carbon fiber and help get the prices down on that. Whats the difference between doing carbon or running a business you ask? Well the carbon fiber is a hobby of mine and something I can do in my spare time. And it is a neglected niche in the J scene, whereas you can get any of the current products that TR sells all over the place. My heart is still in the right place, even if my time isn't. So if all goes good, expect to see some carbon GPs from me sometime this summer!

Man I really hate to see you go Ben. Well I know ur not going but I wont be able to buy anything from the site. Wait a minute, I never ordered from your site. Everything I ordered was through AIM,lol. Anyways I sure hope you will still be able to get me those doors down the road. Good luck with school and I will be waiting for those group purchases that you have planned.

well, good luck with everything Ben. i hope that your future endeavors are as successful as Tabasco Racing was. you certainly made a mark on the J body community with an excellent reputation. i just wish that extractor hood idea had been finished.
