I have tried calling them several times, but the # on their site asks me for a security code?! And I e-mailed them about 3 weeks ago, the e-mails have gone un-answered...does anyone know how i could get ahold of someone to find out about one of my orders?

if the security code thing comes up that usually means the VM is full, ive had the same problem myself

With winter comes many many people purchasing parts, and doing things to there cars. They have about 4 motor swaps going on at once right now, and only a total of 2 employees.
Understaffed indeed, but they are not going out of business, I will see what I can do.

I recently did get ahold of Highrev a couple of times
she finally emailed me with some lame excuse that she took the day off for her birthday so thats why she miss my calls and emails over serval weeks. anyways she said that my intake was due to arrive at their shop in like 2 days. its has been a month since they ordered it and it finally shows up at their shop now all i have to do is wait for another month till it gets over the border. well i am glad it is finally on its way but i will never purchase anything from highrevs ever again.

Yeah I can tell U that too Sniper^^ from firsthand experiances with shipping BS probs *IT DOES HAPPEN*. It most likely was not their fault so try not to blame them souly.
Sorry to take a different stand here.
But the word I'm getting through my channels is that Hi Rev's suppliers ("the place they ordered it from" as was posted} are having a much harder time getting ahold of Hi Rev than any of their customers on this site.
Not paying your bills is in no way a "shipping" or supplier problem.
What I was hearing from the suppliers is the reason why I posted what I did earlier.

Just want to confirm that I have also had terrible dealings with HighRev. It took them over 2 months to get me the Eibach sway bar kit. Durring this time, they failed to pick up the phone or respond to any of my emails.... yet they still charged me as soon as I placed the order. I was on the verge of pressing legal action right before my package finally showed up.

First of all, yes it is sometimes difficult to get ahold of us via the telephone. If I am shipping products that day, I am unable to answer the phone (otherwise it would take 2-3 days to ship). If someone calls and leaves a message on our voicemail 3+ times in one day, that is just less room for someone else to leave a message. Our voicemail only holds so many messages. Then there are the people that call 15+ times per day, never leave a single message, and complain about not getting ahold of us. If you leave a message, you will be called back.. simple as that. I have a total of 20 items left in my email inbox, most of which are order updates that I am waiting to hear back from our distributors. So email isn't really an issue right now either. We have also been gone frequently as of late to pickup cars, deliver cars, and pickup engines, so again, leave
one single message and we will call you back.
I guess I will answer each of you individually.
Cronus: I will check on the status of your item. Unfortunately we do not make this item so we are all at the mercy of the manufacturer. They usually have these on hand, so like I said, I will check on the status for you.
Rodimus: Yep, that's true. Security code means mailbox is full. We are looking into an alternative mode of voicemail.

No one that I know of could get ahold of you... Its easy to take that to mean you have disappeared.
Are you straight out denying that your suppliers have gone uinpaid for months recently? I can't seem to find anything to "LOL" about that. Maybe it amuses you, it doesn't amuse the people you owe.
I guess that does mean I do know more about you than you do. Or maybe I just know alot more than you want other people on this site to know.
