Picked up a Cavy the other week. As we all know, stock lighting sucks. Got a set of HID Projectors from Pro Tuning Labs. No instructions, the wiring doesn't make sense. Anybody use them before?

stock headlights do not suck. Still running original bulbs from 2001 no issues.
What you did is illegal and blinds people.
FU Tuning
Illegal & blinding? What? Are you new to retrofitting Bi-Xenon lighting? And yes, stock Cavy lighting is absolutely crap. A stock Silverado is light years better. Try driving an Audi S4, then hop back in your Cavy, you'll see what I mean.

they suck ass, I also have the original bulbs, which I never used, because I replaced them for years, but put them back on. I got new headlights, new everything, still sucks
drove a 2015 kia crossover the other day, night and day

Here's the results. Amazing. I can see & so can oncoming traffic. Maintaining Hi/Lo function, looks factory equipped. couldn't be happier

I got a pair about a year ago, except they had halogen bulbs so it didn't help worth a @!#$, so i'm pimping mine out, getting new led halo's, blacking out the turn signal's, replacing stock bulbs with led's, and getting hid's just like you, but for now, i ordered a brand new pair of stock headlights and threw some led headlights in.
I know this is an old thread. This is for Joseph Melton and anyone else who may have built there own projectors or had someone build them a pair. Got any before and after pictures. Looking to get a pair built. Any info would really be appreciated.
I didn't install projectors, but did improve the original lighting a lot by ditching the daytime lighting bit and installing relays with 10 gauge wire.
I fused the feed directly from the battery.
The original wiring only needs to tell the relays when to engage either high or low beams.
The result is not as dramatic as the projectors, but it's still worlds better than the original.
Interesting. I want to improve my lighting also but for now, I will just get some better bulbs.
I bought new housings and put led bulbs in. Bright as hell. They now have led bulbs the same size as oem bulbs. No modifications needed.

What LED light bulbs you got?
Need new projectors for my Cavalier too.
