Sunfire 2003 with Bomex kit, what offset needed for rims?

The rear bumper and side skirts make the stock wheels look rediculous.
I did not anticipate this when I bought the kit and have been driving it this way for way too long.

The problem is, I have no idea what rims will fill out the wheel wells out nicely.

I am hoping there is an offset that will use 15" tires.
I don't want to go bigger, I just have the wheels on the back too recessed inwards.

Someone here must have this kit and got rims to match it up.

Any help is appreciated
