Wings West W-Type

So I just recently got my car painted and got my wings west lips installed/painted at the same time. Since they were installed my car has since been sitting at the shop getting some parts installed. Apparently the front lip let go and started sagging. If I am correct, I think there is only one or two screws in the end of front lip (2000 cavalier) and the rest is held on by double sided sticky tape. I'm wondering if this is a normal occurence with the w-type lips and if anyone went about another method to secure the lips (screws). I'm looking for some input from people so when I go pick my car up next week to get it dynoed/tuned I won't have it flying off on my when I am going down the highway. I'm 6 hours away from the car so I can't take a look to see if there is enough space to get a screw or two up through the lip into the factory bumper. Anyways, any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, according to the Wings West directions its just 2 screws in each fender well and just tape across the front bottom, On my old Z24 that didn't even last a day, I put a few screws along the bottom to secure it.
