first off what insurance company do you have?? and the guy that hit you ??
and it depends on the shop ya go too as well my shop will either fix the wing or have it replaced some shops won`t even bother as far as i know the shops i worked for in the past
state farm will cover the car and if you listed every modification with them, it will be covered if ya didn`t you @!#$ out of luck
also you might have damage beneath the bumper like the re-bar the energy absobor the trunk fllor the frame rails who knows ya have to look at it

Yea big time, check your frame and everything underneath, if the frames damaged the insurance company/and shops will just tell you its totalled and your SOL. It sounds like mostly just bumper trunk damage, so you should be in good shape, usually its the frame in the front that gets the most squabling over.

what year is the car? usually we declare them a total loss if they are 99 or older because it cheaper to pay out for the car ( they have very low book values) and make the money back on incresed rates. the car must be repaired to oem condtion... no used parts and usually no aftermarket parts as they are not factory equipment. i have never seen a scrap yard part used in an insurance repair (but im sure it happens) if the rear quater panels are damaged we would declare it a loss and pay out. this is based on my experiance working for an ontario insurance company it will be different from other provinces and the USA
just use this as a guide line
i hope every thing works out for you

oh ya things are waaaayyyyyy different here, wrinkled 1/4`s doesn`t mean it`s a total sorry not here in the states

and the insurance company he has will fix it and pretty sure will use junk yard parts and or jap crap parts, i would rather have junk yard parts then the afterbirth parts i know it`s a oem part
what ever happens dude good luck

I never understand why people ask on here after they get in an accident. GO GET A FREE ESTIMATE from a bodyshop!!!! Or go to a junkyard and find the parts u need.

How the h3ll is someone on th Internet supposed to see damage, especially hidden damage?
