i need help i cant seem to figure out how the retaining clips hold the ls sport lip on my 2002 z24. If someone could explain how they work that would be great. I looked at gm parts direct for like a parts schematic and didnt find what i needed.

their clips. i believe its like a pressure clip. theres slots in the bumper and the clips that are part of the lip are a tad bigger than the slots. so when you push the lip up the clips get moved in a little til it passes the bump out on the clip and it snaps into place. its hard to explain without a picture
i figured it out.... them clips are a pain in the major butt to get to snap in but all in all my car is lookin good. the lip has a few scratches in it but nothin i cant live with.
