Im wanting to change my gas tank cover and heres my 2 ideas i need some feedback on. Either im wanting to get the one like the eclipse gast tank, or the hummer looking thing, same as Jeeps also. its the one wheer theirs no lid, just the screwed lid and it sits a little back from car? you guys know whta i mean right? Well, which one do you think woudl be better? thansk

i really rahter not move it, i kind alike where it is just want to change it a little. Thasnk for the idea, just rather not open trunk to pump gas every time.
its alot of work. sparco also makes a round gas lid.

Thats what a lot of people do, but you dont have to relocate it to the trunk, there are other places, with better access. But ok.

how does that one work? behind the tailight? would i have to put the light on a hinge or something?
either that or remove the light to pump gas
i think hinging it would be the smarter choice

the site i gave you. he uses a hing that when it gets more then like half way shut theres a spring that pulls it tight to the car (making it look like the tail light is suppose to, nice and flush or thats the idea
).
you can find them at any dept. store. (wal mart, ace, something like that)
