when i left work today one guy i work with ram into my car and damaged my hood and left front fender, we decided not to report it and he is going to pay to get iy all fixed, and he agreed that i can get a custom hood on his bill, now i like the guy, and yes i trust him, so i dont want an expensive hood, i'm just lookin for somethin nice for my car, if anyone has any suggestions on hoods or where to look for them, i'd appreciate it

what kinda hood you looking for, carbon fiber or fiberglass? OEM? ram air? vent?

Im pretty sure that every insurance company offers this route. In most cases you just have to take it to a shop to get an estimate of the cost of damaged parts and you can use that money however you want.

Well your lucky as hell man, my car got hit in the parking lot at work and the son of a hoe bag, took off .....Stuipd a$$ dont relize I am security where i work and I got a cam on my car lol, HES GETTING HIS ASS CUFFED FOR HIT AND RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, this was your biggest mistake. I was in my mom's car driving from school and a guy i knew from school hit me rear end. The damage wasn't major but i needed it fixed espically since it was my mom's car.

So i called the police and had them write out a report just cause i figured that was the smart thing to do. Well after that he tried backing out of paying me and using the "Friend Card"........Lucky i had the police report so his insurence ended up paying me and i got it all fixed back to new.

Bottom line, just cause its a friend or whatever take the time to fill out the proper paper work to cover your ass. Remeber it seems money always comes between friends.

Plus i would be alittle weary that this guy is just offering to buy you an Aftermarket hood when he should know he'll be paying about 3x more then a stock hood
