I was wondering, for the back of the 04 cavalier(the ugly red beam), what would you guys recremend to do with it. I was thinking of painting but wasn't sure what type of primer would stick to the plastic. I also wasn't sure where i could pick up some aviral blue paint. If any one has any ideas or pics of what you have done to get rid of this please share. I have already seen the piece from rksport and i don't really like carbon fiber look.
If you're not into CF, I would recommend getting a body shop to paint it either the color of the car or black.

No on the 04's and 05's aka left over 04's
Or you could take it off and fill in the holes with metal and get some different tails.
Or you could grab the trunk of a cavalier 02 or older and get it painted to match.
do what a lot of people did, (and im almost there myself)- get a 95-02 trunklid and swap em. yup, thatll work.

Will the 02 bumper bolt directly onto my car or is there little modification needed.

Ok, you know how the 04 bumper comes up to meet the tail lights? Well the 95-02 don't have that. They have a little plastic plate that gets bolted under the tail lights to fill the gap between the tail lights and the rear bumper.
