yeah so the other day i had a few people over and we were working on cars (duh lol). anyway....we decided to take some pics of frank's (my car is slower than yours!) eyelids. they are based on the TRD eyelids and they are the first set to come out of the 95-99 molds. these should be available for sale in carbon fiber soon. (hopefully by the end of the month). the ones in the pictures are fiberglass. we used them as a tester for fit, etc. anyway, let me know what you guys think.....

well these arent available YET. waiting on the 00-02 style to come back from the new manufacturer first. but these will retail for $79/set in carbon. not a bad price really. i may run a GP on them when i get a few in stock...

but right now i would just like to know what you guys think of the look , fit, etc.

those look awesome. if i ever get money my 02 has gotta get some of the CF eye lids. looking at the head on pics, the car looks annoyed or tired lol

I made a set jsut like that for a buddy of mine. tobad he wrecked the car and they were destroyed

cant wait for this. ive wanted cf eye lids for a long time now.

I think the eye lid should be thinner on the inside headlamp. Just my first impression.

i have found eyelids for 03-04 cavys on Ebay starting bid wuz around $15. Just type in the keyword "cavalier" in tha search box!!

i like those man. Ill get a set. Do you sell eyelids that aren't CF? Id like some that I couldnt paint white..

whitecavy: sorry, but c/f only right now. if we made them in house then we could pop out a glass set, but the manufacturer only does c/f cause glass doesnt bring in enough $$ for them.

leblanc: not sure. i charge $15 to the cont. us, so i would imagine anywhere between 25-30.

you just sand them and paint them like you would anything else. remember, carbon fiber was originally meant to be painted......
