well, i followed the instructions on hpt but they aren't updated. Cause the spark ramp out is set a max of 6600 rpm and can't go any hire. So how do you raise it above this on a 2k+ ld9. The spark limiter is easy to set, but its just that spark ramp out i don't understand how to get around.

Set the spark ramp out number higher, I have mine set to 65535. There is 2 places that you find it, on the Spark page, and on the Engine>Torque Management page, you need to change them both.
