I am looking for someone to do a dyno tune on a N/A 97 modified 2.2L in or within a couple hour drive of northern va. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm in that same boat. With a 97, you can get Hp tuners and go to town yourself. I'm in Vienna and could help you if you'd like. I have a little experience tuning ecu's but not much.

http://broadviewautoservice.com/services_2.html Last time i checked it was around $300 for a dyno pull, tune, dyno pull, before and after stats. John is the guy doing the tuning. One thing to note, I did not get any attitude about wanting a 2003 Sunfire Ecotec tuned.
I talked to him about a month ago and is who im gonna have do it. Did he do a good job on yours?
